Product Details

BATT/DEV Gilt Terminal Welding and Assembly:
●Step 1:First, strip the wire about the length of 5mm,then tin the stripped wire by using a 60 watt soldering iron.
●Step 2:See above picture. Before tinning, melt the tin into the bottom - about 80% full. Please note to take it slow, or the tin will mix with air, causing a poor solder joint.
●Step 3:Insert the stripped wire into the tinned terminal. Follow the above picture soldering - use the iron to touch the terminal from the side to heat and melt the tin, which will coat the wire. Be sure not to spill the tin on the outside of the terminal, or it will not fit properly in the blue connector.
●Step 4:Wait for the terminal to cool, put it through the blue connector, and be sure to note the polarity. Prepare a small, flat screwdriver as a tool to press the terminal into the blue connector.
●Step 5:After putting the terminal into the connector, use a small flat screwdriver to press at the end of the terminal - you will hear or feel a "click" when the terminal seats into the blue connector.
●Step 6:Use a tool to slightly beat the gilt terminal into the connector joint.
●Step7:Check if the terminal is on in the proper position. When rotating the wire, the terminal should be allowed to rotate.
Instructions: Spcification:

●3.5mm connector; max continuous current: 80A
●Using 13AWG wire, thermal resistance: 200°C
●Total length 90mm
