Helidirect manual does not match available audio codes at all, and the newer manual at elerc.com is for the AdvanceII model. After some research on forums, I found the following codes that do match the ESC. - - - brake on -- -- -- ----- off _` _` _` NiCd\NiMh voltage cutoff _`` _`` _`` LiPo voltage cutoff _ _` _ _ ` _ _` Soft cutoff _ _`` _ _`` _ _`` Hard cutoff _ _ _` _ _ _` _ _ _` Soft Timing _ _ _`` _ _ _``_ _ _`` Hard timing ```` ```` ```` ```` Reset to default settings So there is no selectable motor reversion or rpm control like the manual would suggest.

Submited By: Terry on 07/26/2007 I have had this esc for about a month and a half and with the down loadable instructions for it I was not able to get the governor to work well enough for the Walkera 52 heli. It would not produce enough head speed to lift the heli off the ground. But i went to the Ele website and downloaded the new instructions and found out that there are 4 settings in the gov mode. 1= is off, 2= is low speed, 3= is medium speed ( which is in the instructions on here says it is high), 3= is the high speed gov. If you have the instructions that you downloaded on here they are wrong. Wait for it to go to the next beeps after the ones that are listed for high. Other than the instructions it really is a nice little esc and the best part is the price.

Submited By: Eberhard on 11/01/2006 I've got the controller 2 days ago. I like the possibilities to setup a lot of options to costumize the ESC to my needs. Even a covernor mode is available. A good controller for a fair price! Unfortunatly the manual is complete nonsens. Since the software in that device is obviously identical to a controller, which I had before, (sold by CONRAD in Germany) I was able to use the instructions from them. That my rating is not the highest possible is only because of the lack of a usable manual...
