Using 6S1P batteries that are widely used on T-REX 500 and 425mm blades, this is the ideal size for everyone who wants to have another kit besides the T-REX 450SE without spending tons of money on battery for T-REX 600. This HC500 is an almost complete redesigned helicopter from HDX500SE by Charley Stephens and being intensively tested by world top 3D pilot Henry Caldwell. After months of testing and revising, the HC500 helicopter kit is finally at its optimized hard core 3D condition. Henry Caldwell said "This is the new HC 500. Charley Stephens reworked the hdx 500. I did all the testing for the improved heli. We decided to call it the HC 500, since I devoted alot of my time and feedback to the project. The HC 500 HAS alot of new features: new flybar cage for more flybar teeter without binding, new bladegrip arm that has a extra hole for adjustable ratio, new threaded flybar with new hc 500 paddle, new designed frames that will take sub- micro servos or mini servos, frames also have a adjustable battery tray for adjusting cg with battery, new designed canopy, shorter mixing arm that allows higher pitch applications, mainblade and tailblade grips have larger opening to accept standard blades
This heli can be docile to quick, it flys and tracks very well.
