Submited By: Mathias on 09/27/2008 Got my Outrage G5 CF kit 4 months ago (first batch). Build quality was good. Not great, but good. However, I'm sure it's a lot better now that it's been out for a while. Anyways, lets talk about it's flying abilities - One word... WOW! I was totally stunned when I began pushing it. Throw on some carbon blades like RotorTech 350mm or Radix 350's and you'll be ready to go big time 3D. It's also nice to have all the tweaking possibilities in the head, so you can tweak it the way you want it. I sold my T-Rex 450SE V2 - that should pretty much say it all. Will do as Long did... My personal ratings: Design: 4/5 - Part quality: 4/5 - Flying characteristics: 5/5 - Cost: 5/5 - Maintenance: 4/5 - Crash damage: Can't comment that one - Customer service: 6/5.

Submited By: Long on 07/16/2008 This is my feedback after having flown the G5 CF for around a month. Totally 65 flights have been put through the machine and 64 of them were really successful. Only one flight recorded as "unsuccessful" was the first maiden flight and it was because I messed up the head linkages. The stock recommended setup works great! Plus a few tweaks at the head linkages, the heli will fly like DREAM! Here are my personal ratings: - Design: 4.5/5 - Part quality: 4/5 - Flying characteristics: 5/5 - Cost: 5/5 - Maintenance: 4.5/5 - Crash damage: 3.5/5 - Customer service: 5/5 - A big 5/5 encouragement for the first successful mass production helicopter of a new company! Bottom line, I like it really much. It definitely outperforms my T450. No biased opinions here because I ain't no team member or anything. Cheers, Long Nguyen
