Heli-Direct's customer service is outstanding!! They immediately shipped me a replacement on the same day I called for an RMA. Hopefully the replacement charger works out because I really love the features of this charger and will buy a second one!!!!

I've had the charger for a couple of weeks now - by the way, great job HD, even with free shipping, just two days to IN - and I'm really pleased with it's capabilities. I'm using this charger as a replacement for a DN (Common Sense) balance charger that I had, and the capabilities of the Maxpro blow the DN away! Also really easy to use.
