Submited By: Jan Erik on 04/12/2009 I have 4 outrage batteries. They r great when it comes to cold. I had my batteries in the car all winter, and i didnt need to warm them up before using them on my trex. The drop of power because of cold, was minimum.

Submited By: Matthew on 03/12/2009 I just got 4 more packs at a discount from HeliDirect and I must say this is the most powerful battery on the market for 25C. Reason i don't want to go for 30 or 40C is that they are way too heavy and they are too expensive. 25C is just more than enough for my rex. Get it you won't be disappointed.

Even at the end of the pack you can do tictocs without too much bogging - this doesn't work with my other LiPos. And, I can't notice any signs of aging so far (after maybe 50 cycles each). The next time when I buy LiPos I'll try the higher C rating, though.

Submited By: chris on 09/24/2008 Well, I bought this battery a while back, I am Chris and I have an old post about it. So anyways, i have about 50+ flights on it now, and i have not seen a power drop. When they say hold up well against stress, i just had to test their theory. i fly in Arizona, and when i fly, im bogging the heli most of the time cause of the stunts i try to pull. so, im flying and i decide to do piro flips, now mind you its 110 F degrees and motors and battery get quite hot after 5 min stunt flight. So when im finished I bring it down, and i noticed that my battery was puffed. so im thinking, I can understand that, cause i did not think any battery could take that much tourcher. So the next day I begin typing up a negative report on the puff in the battery, when i take a second look at it. the puff was gone and it was as good as new. 15 flight after that and i have still not seen any power loose. so that’s my experience with this battery, and i know that when/if it ever dies, i will order a second one without hesitation. pluse, it's always best to buy batteries that are just coming out, they are lighter and have battery lipo technology built into them.

They definitely have newer technology. You can feel the head speed higher, need to dial down the throttle curve and very light. Looks too small for a 2200 pack. A happy customer :)

Submited By: Alex on 07/29/2008 One flight only, so far, but I'm thrilled. My T-rex's 430L motor hasn't sounded that powerful, or had so much zip, ever. I'm going to give it a couple dozen more flights before I buy another one, but if it's still happy after those I might just buy two more. The price is great.

DONT! this battery is EXTREAMLY lightweight, and EXTREAMLY power full. i have not run one dead yet, but i am assuming that is will last a while. it is the perfect battery for almost any 450 size heli. I am running it on my trex 450, and my dragouns pluse. flight times are great, and did i mention it was light weight. i mean this is as light as my 1500 15c esky lipo. Great crash replacement plane too. it's also got newer lipo technology so it's just a better quality than older brand lipos. LOVE IT!!!

Submited By: Alex on 05/06/2008 Got an HDX 450 or the Superframe STK on your Rex? This battery balances either to perfection and allows you to fit the canopy on without forcing it. I tried running Kong Power Packs in my Rex with the Superframe STK. These packs do just as good of a job, weigh about 30 grams less, and are small enough to still get the canopy on the heli without forcing it. I will be buying more of these as soon as they come in stock.

The OUTRAGE gave up twice the run time ! No Heat up, even after a full discharge. These are awsome! I cant wait to try the 30C. I also notice that they dont self discharge like the others. Thanks OUTRAGE !

Submited By: Steve on 04/21/2008 I charge this battery at 2C because i need to have them fast for my helis and abused them pretty hard, typically draining them to 2200 and one time to 2300mah and it's still barely warm. Substantially better than the FlightPower that i have on my other T-REX. Beat theam pretty hard because i know when i get them damaged, I can get another one at 50% off. What a deal@
