As detailed below, you can place your service request with us, and our team of qualified technicians will be sure to assist you and support you based upon the info provided.
$30.00 Inspection Fee:
This inspection fee will be applied to all validated service requests sent to us, and if the service can be validated and accomplished by our team, the $30.00 inspection fee can be applied to the total amount due once the noted service has been performed.
$60.00 per Hour Service Fee / Charged In Half Hour Increments:
The $60.00 per hour service fee is noted in half hour increments, which comes to $30.00 per half hour. This fee pertains to the service alone - parts costs are not included within this figure, and will be noted once the inspection process has been completed.
Below are the aircraft we currently service. However, if you have an item that is not noted below, please contact us, and our service team will see if any options are available.
- DJI Phantom1 / 2 / 3 quad copters, DJI S900, DJI S800, DJI S1000, DJI F450, DJI F500, and the DJI Matrice 100
- DJI Inspire 1: Please Call to Discuss Repair
What We Cannot Service:
There are a few items (examples below) that we do not have the ability to service. In cases like this, it's best to reach out to the manufacturer, as they can provide all the necessary support requested.
However, if you are unsure if your item can or can't be serviced by us, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to provide you with the noted information, along with what options we are able to offer.
- Firmware Locked (Bricked) Aircraft
What We Need for Return Service:
As noted below, please be sure to include all relevant items associated with your aircraft so our service team will have all necessary equipment to provide the best service we are able to.
- Gimbal(s) with Installed Camera (if applicable)
- FPV Goggles w/ Charger
- Upgrade Items
- Spare Parts (if applicable)

LiPo Battery Note:
Please do NOT ship any faulty, damaged or problematic LiPo battery to our facility, or any battery that may have some element of fault or damage.
If a battery is received in such a condition, please be aware we will be forced to dispose of the battery for safety concerns. Further, no replacement, credit or refund will be processed in relation to the battery value.
