The titanium-geared H6040’s lightning-quick .08-second transit time and impressive 167 oz-in of torque are ideal for use in competition-class .50- to .90-size helis that get pushed to the limits of 3D performance. Submited By: Scott on 01/14/2010 Wow these are great fast and strong. Very important not to bind at the ends of stroke or they will pull a lot of current. They also run on 4.8 or 6 volt packs. I'm running the JR 4.8 2700 battery pack and can fly 4-5 flights without recharging. Very quick on 3D movements and really have no complaints. These come recommended for 50-90 size Heli's and a 1 year warranty. I fly the Raptor 50SE JR XP7202 R790 receiver GY401 gyro and a Futaba S9254 tail servo. I crashed hard flying JR 821's (aileron lock hard left) 30' to pavement %$#@....not pretty. Needless to say the deal Helidirect has, $219 for three was a whole lot cheaper than my crash. I am a avid JR devotee however I will not fly JR servo's in my choppers anymore. I have a gallon of fuel since the H6040 change and still flawless. My next 90 size chopper will have these too as they have restored my confidence in my flight control. Best servo speed and torque I found for under $80 and the titanium gears was the kicker. Submited By: Glenford on 11/18/2009 These servos are awsome for .50 and .90 size helis. Using three on my Trex 600NSP and the holding power is great but be careful as they draw A LOT OF CURRENT!!!
