I bought this as a spare tail boom. The fit and finish is very nice. So far I have not had an issue with any Goblin replacement parts. They always replace original kit components without any modification. DMS

Recently up graded Goblin 700 to 700 competition and purchased boom. We really like new design and is also lighter in design. Paint and clear were of nice quality and looks good with solid color. If you want to upgrade standard Goblin this is way to go. Thanks Helidirect!
