Warranty, Returns & Support

Warranty Agreement - Read Carefully

Relating to FatShark products, if you are not in agreement to the below warranty process dictated via FatShark, do NOT purchase FatShark products from our store, as we are mandated via FatShark to act in accordance with known warranty procedures and cannot deviate from this warranty policy. If you have already purchased FatShark products that are still new and factory sealed, please reach out to our staff for return support if you are not in agreement with the FatShark warranty policy below, and our staff will support you with a return.

FatShark Warranty

FatShark products are covered by a (2) year limited warranty from date of purchase. If a valid warranty issue arises within (30) days of purchase date, per FatShark's warranty policy, we will handle warranty direct. However, after (30) days from date of purchase, warranty support will be direct through FatShark - contact details below.

Sun Damage
Warranty covers all failures resulting from workmanship or material defects, and does not cover abuse, neglect, misuse or incorrect application. Relating to FatShark goggles, proper care is required in respect of exposure to sunlight relating to the LCD screens, as exposure to direct sunlight will damage the LCD screens, which is not covered under warranty. White dots, yellow spots and tracks are indicative of sun damage and are not covered under warranty, as noted.

Faulty or Stuck Pixels
Faulty and or stuck pixels can show up as either a red, green or blue dot (or a black pixel), which can occur during the manufacturing process, and do not form after use of the goggles. Based upon FatShark manufacturing tolerances and specifications, a faulty set of goggles is based upon (3) pixels total (or greater) in 25% of the frame region and up to (1) pixel in 25% of the center region, not allowing more than (3) total pixels for binocular display. Anything below this in relation to a dead pixel within the goggles is not valid for warranty claim.

In relation to FatShark goggles, All valid warranty issues for FatShark products must be directed through FatShark after (30) days from date of purchase, per the below contact details. If you are unable to reach FatShark relating to the noted contact details, please contact our customer service team, and we will reach out to FatShark directly, upon your behalf.

Failures Not Covered Under Warranty

- Sun damage relating to FatShark goggles
- Misuse or abuse
- Damage due to crashes and impacts
- Damage or failure relating to improper voltages

Warranty Limitations

Any issue, fault or valid warranty situation with FatShark products will cover (if approved) only the item in question, and nothing further. Ancillary damage to aircraft, devices, equipment, or damage to the surrounding environment, are NOT covered under aspect of warranty support.

Non Warranty Return Limitations

Relating to any FatShark product that has been opened, used or a product that has the factory seal broken / packaging opened cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchange, as the product can no longer be sold as a new item. If the item is brand new, unused and in sealed factory packaging, non warranty return can be validated by reaching out to our staff for support based upon our warranty return limitations.
