Overview
Learning 3D heli aerobatics is now much less intimidating thanks to the durable design, refined flight performance, and SAFE® Technology in the Blade® mCP X BL2.
Positioned as a beginner to intermediate heli between the Blade Nano S2 and Fusion™ 180, the mCP X BL2 takes the extremely popular mCP X platform to a whole new level with improved flight performance and design. Exclusive SAFE® and AS3X® technology help keep control by delivering the stability needed to develop confidence quickly. Three progressive flight modes allow this heli to grow with each pilot's skill level, making it great for intermediate pilots to pick up with the assurance of panic recovery. This micro heli is suitable as a beginner model thanks to SAFE, but also extremely attractive for experts looking for a durable model for everyday practice and fun. Everyone will love it for its ability to take crashes and keep on flying, giving advanced pilots a great model to challenge themselves and their friends to impromptu fun fly competitions.

I bought this heli to replace my s3 nano which still works after several years. These two are fairly hard to break if your carefull with hitting the kill switch quickly in a crash. I have them as my portable heli's and they are perfect for that! the MCPx has more power than the nano s3 which is why i upgraded.
Brand new never opened and 3 out of 4 body posts snapped off before it even came out of the box, could of returned it but I went with the Micro-Heli upgrade kit and dumped the poorly designed plastic frame for an aluminum / carbon fiber / delrin one. Fly's great now and I doubt the carbon fiber body posts will break anytime soon.
Honestly, should have gone with the OMP M1 Evo, lesson learned..........
very nice heli
Great micro!! Very quiet but very powerful. I have or had many helicopters. But this one seems to be built great. I think i will have this for a long time. Now i need a new transmitter. I have a Spektrum DX6E. I don't like the settings in the manual. Plus I'm not too good at setting up transmitters. I definitely recommend this helicopter.
This is a great back yard flyer with "Safe" in those oops moments you may need it.
Has good power fun heli for the yard. Set -100 gyro and you can use Normal and iu1 and 2 just like a normal heli with no stabilizing. Also bind at 22ms or else it will start cutting out on you while flying.
Very good for beginners n intermediate.
The best small micro heli of it's kind. Very good for beginners n intermediate. The safe mode has saved me like a ton of times. A must have!
Very nice little heli. Lots of power so be careful if your a beginner. Nice size for backyard flying when you want more machine than a nano.
The chimes at startup are awesome. Has real telemetry.
Super happy so far.
I thought I was getting a more powerful mcpx, mine was getting a little tired.
The BL is about 25% larger, and sits in a rock solid 2m hover in the middle of the living room.
Flies like a much bigger machine.
Practice orientations and landings indoors all day long.
Gotta love that.
