Small Form factor 40 amp ESC

Took less than 3 minutes to program. Operating on 4S using 40A, unit was barely warm after 5 minutes of flying OXY3. This esc replaced a 50 amp Castle unit. I have several Hobbywing Platinum 4 ESCs now on all my helicopters and all are performing without any problems. Great value for money spent.

Great ESC

The esc is pre-programmed for helicopters, which works great. But I also wanted to use it for a 50mm EDF. Programming is easy using the LCD programmer.
Only took less than 2 minutes to program. Operating on 4S using 30A, unit was barely warm after 3 minutes.
This is a very universal ESC. I have several Hobbywing Platinum 4 ESCs now and all are without any problems.

Works as it should

Purchased this for a 3s Trex 450 I was resurrecting from the dead. Paired with their program box its a breeze to program and use.

Awesome ESC!

I have two of these installed on 450-sized helicopters. One is in a Beam E4 450 and the other in an Align Trex 450 Pro. Both set up in GOV store modes and the governor in this esc is easy to set up and works flawlessly. The 40A ESC is a bit heavy for a 450 bird, but still fits and works well in both helis.

Bad governor into my oxy 3. In store Gov it made tail wag (right kick ), but in external governor it doesn't kick.
