Max tail slider

Never received this (lost in USPS) the plastic grove chips or breaks in a crash. Would be nice to just purchase that part (circular plastic part with groove to capture pitch arm pins) As other Heli manufacturer’s have done. It’s been over a month and still have not received the slider!.?
Contacted Heli direct and got a link to a app that tracks packages? Rather than a 3rd party getting involved, I would much rather Have Heli Direct handle they’re own shipping issues.
