You won't be sorry.

What more can you ask for? Fantastic product. 16 channel capable radio with all the mixing, dual rates, logic and global programming most flyers could ever need all for less than half what other brands would cost you. Free shipping from HeliDirect also!! Aces...

Love Radiomaster!

I love my TX16s. Super flexible to do what ya need, pretty easy to learn programming via the good ol YouTube. Works flawlessly to fly all my aircraft. Why spend hundreds more when you can get this beast for such a great price and do so much more then other brands!

I LOVE my new TX16S MkII!!!

I've had this for a week now and every time I use it or program it I become even more impressed and in love with it. I sold my Spektrum NX8 for $300 and bought this for $250. So it's like I got paid $50 to have a MUCH nicer radio. Don't get me wrong, my old NX8 was "fine". It's just that the TX16S MkII is freaking amazing.

The Hall 4.0 gimbals are dramatically nicer, smoother, and better feeling that the NX8's. With the 4-in-1 module I can use roughly 80 different rx protocols including DSMX. So I can still fly eflite umx or bnf models but now I've got way more choice on what receivers to use for other stuff. It also has a larger screen and it's a color, touch screen. It's also has 16 channels instead of 8 and is WAY more customizable--I can make any switch do just about anything I want it to.

So far I've programmed 6 different plane set ups into it with different wing/servo layouts, flap set ups, etc. I've also programmed in a heli with 3 different flight modes that each have different throttle and pitch curves. The online EdgeTX manual is great and there's also a plethora of Youtube videos on how to do everything to help you get started. Every time I've learned how to do something new with the programming it's made perfect sense so it "locks in" and I don't have to look it up again.

Then there's the little things. Like if I want the tx to play "Welcome to the Jungle" when I switch to high rates I can load that wav file onto the sd card and set that up. Or I could record an audio clip of my wife saying, "Andrew you better not crash your new plane!" and use that. 🤣

Since getting this 2 of my flying buddies have ditched their Spektrums and ordered the TX16S. Another 3 are planning to make the switch. If you're in the market for a Radio I highly recommend this one!

PS: The MAX version just has some extra blin--nothing performance related. Only you know if that's worth the extra $50 to you.

Radiomaster TX

Purchased TX & delivery was prompt. UPS did not leave package in my condo mail room & I had to go to a Michael’s to retrieve.
Items packed securely in shipping container.
I charged batteries & turned on TX.
There is no manual to help you proceed. You are expected to view YouTube videos to navigate programs. I made it to the date correction site & was going to correct to present day. Then trouble began. TX FROZE Up when I changed date. I could Not turn TX on or off. Rear right side of TX grew warm, but there was no electric smoke odor. Only way to turn off was to remove battery. Returned battery & unit would not turn on!
Customer service was engaged & resulted in return to company. C/S had no trouble turning unit on or off but said I changed something. I do not know if or what I might have done, but I now await return to me. That’s all folks!
Review YouTube videos before trying anything.
Manual 80+ pages can be downloaded & should be reviewed before touching on button on TX. After reviewing manual, this project is a STEEP learning curve but may well be worth it.
