All you have to do is use a 5MM drill bit and open the pinion up a bit, it only takes a few mins and presto! It works....

Hole is a little less than a tenth of a mm too large so the pinion runs slightly out of true when the set screw is tightened. The 15t Rhino pinion I was using previously did not have this but both 14t Rhino pinions I received do. It's not enough to cause vibrations but it annoys me. For the price it's tolerable.
