General Specifications:
NNOTE: If you have problem with the ESC set up, please follows these instruction The customer needs to calibrate their throttle endpoints as well as do an RPM u201cstandardizationu201d procedure. The steps for this are as follows: Set the throttle end points in the radio to 100/100 Set the throttle curve to a flat 0-100 linear line Remove the main rotor and tail rotor blades (for safety) Move the throttle stick to the full throttle position and plug the battery into the ESC Wait for 2 confirmation beeps, lower the throttle stick to the minimum/low throttle position Wait for more confirmation beeps, unplug the battery. Calibration complete For RPM standardization; this must be done after calibrating the endpoints previously. Set the throttle curve to a flat 50% output. With the main and tail blades installed on the model, plug the battery in as normal Ensure that you are in the throttle curve/flight mode that has the 50% flat line Click out of throttle hold and put the throttle stick right in the middle of its travel, let the RPM come up to speed Let the model run at this 50% output without touching the throttle stick, do this for about 10-15 seconds. Click into throttle hold and unplug the battery Change the flat throttle curve to anything other than 50% output, values of 60-80% are normal for 3D flight. Adjust the flat curve for the desired RPM. Here is a video for the entire calibration:https://www. |

Flys great switched to castle 60 amp esc to get fix tail wag.
Super fast shipping, as always. Went together great. Took a bit more set up as do the smaller helicopters anyway. This is a great complete kit.
As expected amassing build quality from SAB. Easy build and great instructions. It can do way more than I can do with my skill level. I would have gave it 5 stars but it is a little heavy.
Another good kit from SAB. Good instructions and high quality parts. Recommend to hot-glue the tail section to the frame for reliability, otherwise it seems to be a weak link.
SAB heli division has done a great job in developing there helicopter line. SAB quality
fit & finish is an industry leader
Choose any one of them and you'll be happy you did. the fireball havoc may be small in size but huge in features. It flys flawlessly!
You will soon have a fleet of SAB helis in your hanger ready to tear up the sky and more importantly put on a smile.
I’ll admit this Heli is a bit beyond my piloting abilities. The competition motor spins this baby up at high head speeds which makes the pitch response a little “touchy”. It’s an amazing model- Solid build quality, precise, great looking, great design, easy to build and repair. Its also a great size for flying around the yard. Just work your way up to it. Like, warm up with a little slower model and if you’re feeling like you need something more aggressive, bring this one out!! Very happy with it and a big fan of Goblin.
Fast and easy build. But need work on tail BOOM design.
Nice build. Tail boom connection to frame is a bad design. First flight my tail BOOM had warn so bad that it became unstable and I had to set it down. There was so much play in tail it was Unfliable. I bought new tail BOOM and hot glued it to frame. Now the heli is solid. Customer service was no help after sending them video of issues.
Awesome heli and fantastic kit. Great price and it shipped fast
Very nice kit
The quality of this Heli is worth every bit the price. This is my first CP Heli after flying a Blade 200 SRX for 5 years. After assembly, I realized I forgot to program the ESC but couldn't access the plug. I had to tear the Heli down to add an extension. This big "oops" took less than an hour. On first tests, I had belt vibration around mid-throttle where the belt would rub the inside of tail. Loosening the tension of the belt fixed the problem. The design of this Heli makes major fixes easy. My landing gear splintered at the mounting points and HeliDirect customer service was great for replacing them for me. On my second flight, I flipped the wrong switch and accidentally put the Heli into throttle hold vs flight mode 1 (facepalm). The Heli dropped from 20 feet onto pavement (see video). The only damage was a bent tail pushrod and a nick in one blade. This kit is a beast! I paired the kit with the iKon 2 Mini and TBS Crossfire Nano Rx. For my first maiden, I flew it with a Jumper T12 Pro, and am now switching the model over to my Jumper T16.
