iKON Warranty Info

All iKON units have a (1) year factory warranty that covers product faults, failures and manufacturer defects. This (1) year warranty applies at date of purchase, and extends (1) year from noted date of purchase.

In regards to iKON warranty, please note warranty for any iKON unit does not cover iKON failures resulting after a crash, or crash damage to an iKON. Warranty covers manufacturer defects, flaws or faults, and will not cover crash damage.

In the rare event of an iKON failure, iKON will not be held liable for any crash damage to the aircraft, nor will iKON be held liable for any property damage, injury or death. iKON will not be held liable for monetary damages, or any aspect of compensation for crash damage in relation to the iKON unit.

In regards to warranty support, please reach out to the dealer of purchase with proof of purchase, and warranty can be facilitated via the dealer where your iKON was purchased. However, if you are unable to reach your dealer of purchase, you may contact iKON directly for warranty support. In doing so, please have your dated proof of purchase available to validate warranty claims.
