I have purchased a couple of helicopters, custom parts , Batteries and custom semi scale body shell
there was a 4cell 5000 battery that did not charge I sent it back not only was it replaced right away but when i called David he explained the status of the battery I sent back

It’s a battery, as it should be.
I ordered two additional batteries for the FW 450 V3 helicopter, but only the battery that came with the helicopter worked, and the other two were defective... Helidirect should not act like this with customers. You may think it's no big deal, but it could lead to a very serious accident. The point is, my helicopter was destroyed because of the defective battery you sent. I wonder if there was a problem with the battery, so it suddenly fell while flying. Thanks to my good control, the helicopter was able to hit the ground, but only the landing leg was dented. Don't you guys have to compensate for this? The defective battery. Because of this, the helicopter's leg was crushed.

This is my second battery I got for my FW450L v2 Helicopter and this one will not charge its no good. Trying to sent it back. It cost $ 16.00 to sent back I think Helidirect should pay for shipping both ways. It's a $45.90 battery.
