I'd have given this 5 stars except mind came reading slope instead of degrees and had no instructions. Turns out that pressing and holding the center button will change from slope to degrees.
Now that I have that sorted out, it's a very nice gauge. I like that it mounts to the blade holder nice and solid. The built in shims let you quickly adjust it for different blade holders, and they simply fold out of the way so they can't be lost. Battery is rechargeable. The display will automatically flip if you mount the gauge the other way up. The buttons are mostly self explanatory.
Excellent little unit, easy to use.
This is a must have for everyone. Easy to use and have all the sizes that you need for your application.
Supper easy to use and very accurate.
Saw the video on YouTube and liked the ability to mount it directly to the rotor head. Looks like it will work well
Best most accurate pitch gauge I have even owned
I was able to view some you tube videos to see how to use it, but I would’ve preferred official documentation from the manufacturer. The issue I had was there’s no real “level” spot on my frame to set zero.
Good product, good service from helidirect. Huge improvement over the old gauges that slide onto the blades.
