Many new upgrades: GPS +Optical flow dual positioning, Two-way transmission, One-key return, VR transmission(FPV) and 5.8G Image transmission (optional).
It has high efficiency, power-saving and long flight time. The blade is made of nylon + carbon fiber composite material, which has high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, no deformation and durability.
Use 4004 brushless motor direct drive, reduce gear restlessness, low noise, large torque, sufficient power and high efficiency.
The lock tail motor uses a special 1104 brushless hollow cup motor which has high-temperature resistance and fast response.
The use of an enlarged 4.3g metal digital steering gear, high torque, high accuracy, and accurate centering, response speed 60°/0.05ms, makes the aircraft fly accurately, feel good, and last longer.
Adopt 6-axis gyroscope, very responsive, can do aerobatic flying, can easily do rollover inverted flight, hurricane, pendulum and other actions.
Adopt 2.4GHZ communication protocol, Intelligent automatic stabilization flight controller, equipped with GPS module, visual module and pressure fixed height module under compass module;
Using high-precision CNC carved frame, rotor head, rotor clamp, swashplate, optimized structure, reduced weight, and greatly reduced the probability of aircraft damage.

Nice model. Easy to fly, great high end features. A little sketchy on the startup being able to fly. It just kinda dies its own thing. Swap batteries and start over, works fine. Durable, it hit the roof, blades spinning into the gutter, not scratch on it. Pricey, but worth it. Bought a cheap fpv goggle, lower quality camera but gives you a taste if you want to spend the big bucks.
Love it. It is very cool.
Flew it this past weekend at my local park. Flew great, about 6 to 7 minutes flight time. Need a lot of practice on this so I can move onto my T-Rex and Goosky models. Thanks HD for everything.

I’ve owned and flown several RC helicopters over many years this is by far the most stable and predictable one I’ve flown with the built in GPS and gyro it hovers like a drone (which I’ve also flown for years) Hopefully this will be the future for other models, thanks again for an effortless purchase and great sale price…
Very nice helicopter, and I'm quite pleased with it. I'm new to RC heli flying, and this one is easy to learn with. You can start in Auto mode to get a feel for it and have fun flying (with far less risk of crashing), or switch to Manual mode to fly more realistically. Just be careful in Manual mode if you're new to flying. I crashed mine pretty hard (purely my error), but fortunately only suffered minor damage that a little glue fixed, and was able to fly again like new!
My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is the flight time seems a little short (about 10 minutes). I bought extra batteries, but they aren't cheap, and unfortunately they are proprietary. Spare parts may also be hard to come by.

i bought a coast gaurd gps helidopter i live in alaska and the unit was not able to get the required signal to function so it crashed. i sent it back 4 days after receiving it and they refuse to return my money and give me a refund.
NOWHERE DID IT SAY THAT A CERTAIN NUMBER OF SATELLITES ARE REQUIRED. the warranty is garbage. the customer service guy was intractible and their policy is to tell the customer to F off. if you dont have good gps coverage never buy one of these gps units. but if you buy it dont expect anything from your warranty you cant return the unit for a refund
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HELI DIRECT AGAIN. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO
