The replacement part prices are very good. Sometimes the parts will be a bit cheaper if ordered direct from China. Yet, It depends on which part you need and how fast you want to get back flying. The small parts I ordered were the same price on HeliDirect and I received them within a few days. Definitely worth it to me even if shipping makes things a couple dollars more (than China/Aliexpress)
Also, the customer service dept got back to me immediately/fast. Also, they were quite understanding and responsive
