Almost there
It is a great car, but in a raw format. I personally believe that CEN at least should have put a center diff on there. Maybe even swaybars. The price is not compelling when compared to the HPI WR8 car. The Hobbywing 3658 motor can have ball bearing issues if unlucky. The receiver box is not waterproof. The radio is not even worth mentioning. Went in the garbage straight away.
What I did to make the car perfect:
1. Dumbo RC radio/receiver with gyro
2. CEN center diff kit
3. CEN swaybar kit
4. Surpass Hobby 3660 brushless motor
5. Waterproof receiver box
6.JX 21kg/0.07sec servo
In my case I ended up almost with a roller chassis plus original ESC. So add another apprx 300 dollars on top of initial price. That is far more than HPI WR8, but also better now with the upgrades.
I love the car, but not the price. It definitely should have come better equipped in the box.

Awesome looking car
Few minor miss from cen like center diff, anti sway bars. Which hpi provides in its rally car. But mostly it's a awesome rally car

Great looking but quality?
My son bought this CEN racing Ford Puma Rally car and while is looks great, not sure the quality of the parts is up to the machine purpose. First time out it rolled on the sandy infield of a baseball diamond. All of the body mounts broke along with the piece that holds the rear of the car body in place. About $35 of parts and the car isn't even dirty. Pretty sad first experience with the Rally car.
