Love this Airwolf helicopter by Flywing. It flies very well and looks GREAT.
Only one main issue ! It's next to impossible to plug the battery in due to the fuselage shape. The XT 60 connecter needs to be longer. A missed oversight on Flywings part. I had to purchase an XT 60 extension to cure the problem. Having said that, It's a GREAT looking and flying Airwolf. Just remember that anyone who purchases one should also purchase an XT 60 extension to save a lot of aggravation..

This is my second Flywing. I had flown several others with poor results. While you still can crash these it is not because of a control issue. With all the safety standards in these helicopters you can definitely enjoy the experience and with that progress on your learning skills. The safety built into to these Flywing products helps a lot. I would not be flying today if it wasn't for Flywing.

It's the only way I know how to describe AIRWOLF. The packaging is great and out of the box it's amazing. I am severly handicaped with Neuropathy in both hands and feet, balence and the ability to feal the sticks is difficult at best. The Flywing helicopter has given me the chance to return to the air after 10 years. With it's GPS and ACE cotroller it takes all of the worry out of flying. Just let go of the sticks and it immediately comes to a stop and in a steady hover. The fiber glass is perfict and the fit and finish is second to none. Performance in the air is everything, just as it was described. The lift off and hover are slow and smoth and rock study. The coronated turns are a thing of beauty. It just glides through them. The retracks are the perfect addition. Slow and steady as Airwolf turns into the wind, all done automatically. Can not say enough about Flywing or the help and support provided by Patrick and Helidirect. Video does not do it justice.

I placed my order with Helidirect and always smooth transaction when my helicopter arrived I inspected it as I always do and found the wood frame work not completely glued to the fiberglass fuselage with broken glue joints on the rest of the body. This was disappointing as I spent $970 or so for it. Always check your glue joints as I often wonder is this the cause for some crashes.

The copter was back ordered and I did not receive any shipping information That's why I called customer service.

Well I ordered the heli on August 22 2026, it was on back order so I pondered on the purchase for week or so and knew I would be waiting for about 3weeks until shipment arrived then another week for shipping to myself. We’re now half way through October and still waiting for the carrier to pick up the package according to their website. Will possibly review the real thing if I don’t get a refund first my patience is almost gone and I can spend 1k on something else I enjoy doing .

Beautiful helicopter that looks very well made. Can't wait to fly it in a little warmer weather. Currently adding details as a pilot and weapons.

I’ve had a couple helicopters over my years never GPS one. I’ve had a GPS drone, which is similar to this. The drones stability is a lot better. This flies like drones did when they first came out. Now it does fly good. It has good power in GPS mode and in non GPS mode it is fairly easy to get up and down get out around and if you get all turned around or something happens, just Lego sticks and it writes itself

It's awesome, flown it everyday since I received it a couple weeks ago and love it. Tried learning on a blade 230s and 330s and spent more time repairing them than flying, very frustrating. The GPS locked in heli is great
