11.1V 3S LiPo Batteries-XT 30 connector. Order Number: HDR 622421. On 15 Dec. 2025 I sent an email requesting an exchange for SKU 439 batteries. To date I have not received any reply regarding exchanging batteries. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue.
