I needed a platform to learn rotorflight so I can eventually put on all my helicopters. Took about a week to figure out . I’m happy with purchase. Just a note for new pilots this probably isn’t the best option . I love the helicopter I have s1 that’s great too

I started with a Goosky S1 and worked my way up to the S2 Ultra and am very happy. If you’re a beginner this maybe a big learning curve due to rotorflight so you may want to stick with the Max. However if you like a challenge, like tinkering like I do this is right up your alley. There’s a tune for this heli on rotorflights page that really makes this heli sing in the air. You won’t regret buying this heli!

I decided to get back into helicopters after being out of the hobby for 6 years. I purchsed the S2 Ultra and was suprised on the build quality . You just need to get yourself acquainted with Rotorflight and have some patientce and you will be fine . My first one that was shipped had a problem and Helidirect exchanged it promptly. The replacement was up and hovering in a flash . I have flown many models from Align. Min aircraft and SAB over the years . This heli is put together quite nicely ! As for longevity, we will see .

I won't bore you with the nightmare of getting it working because it is my fault for not fully understanding the protocols that it works with, combined with my misperceptions that having the latest and greatest radio and receivers was all I needed. Just make sure you understand exactly what protocols work and be prepared to buy what you need. With that said, I love the heli, it flies great, and is built rock solid. 👍🏼👍🏼

Goosky Legend S2 ULTRA Helicopter (BNF) - Green

The carbon is significantly thinner than the legend, will break on most crashes. The landing gear is also noticeably flimsier and breaks much easier. I used to be able to crash at full speed, inverted no less into high grass on the legend and never broke a part. Not so much with this one. The swash stabilizer is made from cheap injected plastic, the carbon frame has to bend into a s shape, meaning if you break one side, most likely gonna have to replace both sides. it doesn’t fly that much better than the legend and the legend is way way more durable. I don’t understand the hype. knowing what I know now, I would pass and keep flying the legend

This Goosky S2 Ultra is really fun to fly. It is very maneuverable for 3d or can be setup for someone just starting out.

Received my goosky s2 and right out of the box I have a bad servo! What the hell. Will update the review when this issue is resolved.

Very pleased with the S2 ultra. I have an S1 V1 and a few blade Helis and this blows everything else out of the water.
