The UBEC uses an efficient DC-DC regulator chip with a conversion efficiency of more than 90%. UBEC output voltage is adjustable in three stages (6.0/7.4/8.4 V) with a continuous current of 10A and a maximum of 25A. The voltage specifications allow the use for a wide range of servos and electrical equipments. The UBEC is equipped with overcurrent protection, output short-circuit protection, overheat protection.

This weighed in at a fraction of the larger HW 25a bec I was currently flying my 600 with. Super easy install and setup. I had to wait a few to do this review until I field tested the heli. This bec has exactly the same output as the onboard bec in my other Hobbywing 180 currently housed in my Sab goblin 800. Same as the HW 260 also. Since I am older now, slower reflexes, I don't fly as hard anymore. Seems good for mild 3d and big air.

Couldnt find these on hobbywings site but they work just fine. I run them on several 700 size fbl electrics and never had an issue. I do only run 7.2V and not 8.4V
