I saw a Kyle Stacy video where he recommended a few items to add to the SAB 700 raw or pro orange kits when you build them. I got this as it helps in the head block with the spindle for running a slightly lower head speed so the spindle doesn't just float around too much but it helps with teetering at the center of the head block. Think it also helps with the damper life too.
