Issues with Kraken 580 optional standard size front servo mount

My 1st SAB Goblin was a Goblin 770 (2016). It was a great build and I loved it. After reading up on and reviewing multiple videos of the Kraken 580 electric I opted to get one. I also opted to get the full (standard) size TORQ BLS 2208 servos along with the optional standard size front and rear servo mounts. Little did I know SAB does not include the standard size servo arm centering tool with the optional front mount as they do when you buy the 700 size kits (only the mini size servo arm centering tool comes with the 580 kit). I contacted contacted Helidirect who directed me to SAB (Goblin USA). Goblin USA sent me an email saying they would send me one for free then slammed down the hammer - but it will cost $45.00 for shipping ! Wow, what poor customer service. I could see a $5.00 or $7.00 charge (for a specific set up fifty cent part) but $45.00, no way. This simple tool assists to align the servo arm to center (Using the TORQ servo centering module) since the front servos are not 90 degrees to the main rotor shaft. This part should be included with every optional standard size front servo mount kit. Old school geometry was done to center the arms.

Second issue, again was with the optional SAB standard size front servo mount. I used several different methods attempting to mount the standard size TORQ BLS2208 servos to the front servo mount only to find the the servos would not center to the mounting holes due to the poor casting not leaving enough space to mount the servos flat against the mount. After several calls I talked to a rep at Helidirect who advised me to mount the servos off center from the mounting holes while using a supplied servo mounting plate or use rubber grommets in lieu of the servo mounting plates. Both of these put the servos flat but out of alignment geometry on the servo mounting bracket. During a second call to Helidirect it was determined the mounting tab on each servo would need to be ground off to accurately mount the front Torq BLS2208 servos, which is the way I went with the brass Torq servo mounting bushings.
As a retired military helicopter pilot, instructor pilot, and maintenance test pilot I'm very anal about getting things to work as designed which was not the case here.
I would like to know what others are doing about these issues.

Nicely made

These are nicely machined and assembled easily on the Kraken 580. I decided to rebuild one of my Kraken 580s I crashed and decided to go with the full size servos I had already. This really should be an option included with the kit and not have to be purchased separately. I can’t wait to see if the performance is any different compared to the other Kraken 580 I have with mini servos.
