MKS HBL550 X5 Digital Brushless Ultra Speed/Torque High Voltage Servo

These are great servos, and I use them all the time, but they don’t come with any usable control horns. That’s a shame. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars.

These servos are extremely quick and have the right amount of torque I'll need for my 700 helicopter build! I've had mks servos in the past so I'm expecting similar quality and value for the money spent. Very happy with the value these provide.

So, got about 10 flights on these bad boys on my helicopter. For the price, there are few servos that even come close to the specs. They are some POWER HUNGRY monster servos though! You HAVE to make sure you can give them the proper juice to give you mind numbing performance. I run them off a 2400mah 45C pack, monster battery for monster servos. In only 4 flights at 3 mins of hard 3D, they suck nearly half the capacity! But the power is addictive and totally worth it. I went from 200 oz in servos to these over 500oz in servos @ 8.4V and I can most definitely tell a difference in the flight. They pull so hard and when doing blurring fast tic tocs and high speed direction changes and snap moves they simply man handle your heli and blades into submission. I'm pretty sure I'm ruined and can never fly servos with less torque ever again, lol. Thanks MKS and HeliDirect !

The specs are great for the price, it's a tad loud for me to be 100% satisfied. I use it in my monster truck with no problems

Excellent servos, especially at this price. Tons of torque and response. Make sure you have a good flight battery. These are consuming about 650 mAh per flight for me. Well worth it for the crisp response and overall feel.
