Rapid 2 is a new series of blades that is based on the previous Rapid line, with which it
shares a proven profile and production technology. The blades are manufactured in
precision hardened steel molds using the modern hot press molding method using top-
notch carbon prepreg materials. The blades are subsequently machined using CNC
machining technology, which guarantees high accuracy and repeatability. The new Rapid2
blades have a redesigned root shape for better folding into a blade caddy during transport.
They have an optimized center of gravity position to achieve ideal flight characteristics in a
wide range of flight conditions. And finally, a redesigned graphic design to increase
attractiveness and better visibility in the sky.

Really nice blades, classic blade blade shape and sound. Very quick on cyclic,, thinner cord than Rotortech Ultimate 610’s. Maybe not as much lift in lower RPM flying, but still perform well from 1960rpm-2300rpm. I flew these on an OMPHobby M6 back-to-back with the RTU’s, on that Heli I prefer the Rotortechs. I bought them to use on Nitron 50 Heritage, I think the blades are going to live on that machine as they are very nitro friendly- the Rapid blades (paired with the O.S. 55HZ-R motor) don’t slow down too much in aggressive maneuvers and make an agile helicopter even more snappy. Good “pop” from these blades. Some people think the blades are cheaply made because there is a plastic end cap, but that is there to seal off the hollow airfoil- which adds to the louder sound these make. Get a morning flight in during the cooler temps and listen to the crazy noise of nitro mixed with old school blade chop!
