MS Composit manufactures a broad line of carbon composite tail rotor blades. The tail rotor blades manufacturing technology is derived from the main rotor blades, and ensures high blade performance in all situations. All MS Composits tail rotor blades are dynamically balanced and tested for overload. The security factor (blade dynamic overload) is 2.1 for all types of tail blades.

These new versions are made from carbon fiber prepreg with foam core, using hot press method

Everything I Want In a Tail Rotor Blade...

I'd be the first to admit that tail blades often aren't that critical. Many brands do a good job at what they were designed to do - i.e. counteract torque.

With that said, these are my favorite tail blades. They aren't splashy in any way. They aren't painted in neon. They don't have a unique profile. However, what they are is, extremely well balanced and efficient. The profile of the root and tip allow for considerable blade area. The graphics are modest and the carbon is beautiful. Again, everything I want in a tail rotor blade...
