NSDRC HIGH PERFORMANCE BUDGET SERVO

I ordered 2 of these servos from Amain on June 14th, received them on the 16th. One works fine, no issues. The other was DOA. NSDRC does not have a public phone number, and even Amain cannot contact them, other than through email. I emailed them on the 16th, and did not get a reply until the 21st. The email said to give them my name and address, and they will send a replacement, as well as a label to send back the defective servo. I sent the info back on the 21st, and have heard nothing back from NSDRC. I emailed them again on the 27th, asking if they had sent it out yet, still no response. Their servos are usually very good, but with abysmal customer service, I won't be buying any more of their servos. Check out Reefs or Protek. Their customer service is much better.
