RVE R22 1:4.5 Scale Helicopter Kit

Adhering to RVE's commitment to high-precision helicopter manufacturing, the R22 helicopter uses 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy for its components. The frame and mechanical parts possess the same precision and meticulous appearance as the RVE F3C racing helicopter.

At a large 4.5/1 scale, it recreates the feel and awe-inspiring power of a real helicopter in flight. Combined with RVE's unparalleled mechanical precision, this results in a brand-new lifelike helicopter experience.

During the fuselage design stage, the original data of the R22 helicopter was obtained through scanning and measurement to create a 3D model, maximizing the reproduction of its shape and details.

Furthermore, four different sizes of rivets were also proportionally crafted on this helicopter, and even the smallest markings on the fuselage are reproduced, with the smallest letter measuring only 1mm.

To accurately recreate the cockpit space, the R22's power system and main frame feature a compact design, completely concealed beneath the rotor tower at the rear of the fuselage, greatly enhancing realism. Sufficient cockpit space also allows for the installation of cameras and image transmission equipment, facilitating FPV first-person view flight. The main rotor rotates counter-clockwise, and the tail rotor also rotates in the same direction as the real aircraft.

The battery compartment is hidden in the lower part of the cockpit, with batteries installed from the rear, making installation and removal convenient and resulting in a more rational center of gravity distribution.

The tail section features an all-metal tailgating system, with a shaft drive system consisting of a 6mm stainless steel shaft and 45° tapered steel teeth, resulting in low transmission resistance and enhanced safety and durability.

Detailed accessories such as the door hinges and an external scale antenna model are also included in the kit.

Realistic engine and cockpit trim pieces:

1. Original exterior modeled and 3D printed to reproduce details, with even the hexagonal bolts on the fairing clearly visible.
2. The engine mounting uses a quick-release rail structure for easy battery installation and removal.
