I purchased the speck b and there is a lot to love about this buggy and a few things I don't like but probably just my example of the car so I will start with the best feature the steering is very precise tight tolerance throughout very nice and unlike the losi (losi micro b extremely slopy) the tight tolerance on steering means more precise at high speeds great for racing and high speed runs alike next the whole car is more robust than the losi also about 30 grams heavier though but what this means for racing less likely to break of course with the weight penalty but that can be addressed it also means you can set it up better for low center of gravity as there is no direct bracing from the transmission to the steering as with the losi meaning you can remove the battery tray and associated parts and get your speed controller and reciver lower in the chassis with out worring about the chassis bending at the transmission mount next i will get to the bad and first the color i order was not the color I received (not a car problem) not really a big deal for me as I planed on buying a body and painting it my color way but you all should know that it did happen next my transmission was loud out of the box and for some reason my brain was like maybe it just needs to where in no it burnt the motor out before the second battery pack was even half discharged I was lucky in the fact that I had a losi motor on hand and so I replaced the burnt out motor with it but did open the transmission and found plastic shaving in the gearbox looking very close for the reason why I found the differential was put in backwards witch causes interference issues with the plastic intermediate gear in the transmission so I flip it around and much quieter but still louder than the losi now the last issue is the differential is stiff and in acts more like a solid axle not a differential I have ordered a replacement and will get back to you guys on the outcome of the new differential so my conclusion of this car if you like racing or high speed runs this is your Huckleberry ( the best pick) over the losi it has more adjustability than the losi and being able to do low CG big bonus also easy to throw brushless system in if anyone has questions and they allow it i will answer them if i can have a fantastic day everyone and hope this helps
