I had a hard crash and started putting my Tron back together when I noticed there was some grittiness in the bearings for the swashplate. Typically you don’t need to replace this part in the event of a crash. The part was structurally intact. Most likely what it was is I had the screw too tight for the bearings and it wore them out. Watch how you tighten the screw for the bearings. Too bad TRON does make a replacement for the bearings, because the swash isn’t damaged even though I had a hard crash.
Over all the part works great.

You rarely have to replace the swashplate in a crash, I prefer to have a spare
