Very good quality. You could have included a propeller as they are very inexpensive. Landing gears a little bit soft otherwise a good aircraft
Easy to assemble and sharp looking plane. Haven't flown it yet so I can't speak of how it flies yet. Wish it came with a prop but oh well, they're cheap.
Excellent product. Goes together very well. Built in 30 minutes. Vmar always builds great products.
It is a great/flying model and well worth the price as you do get a lot for just a little.
The kit arrived well-packaged and intact. I inspected the parts, determined everything was intact and serviceable. It took some work to make the rudder fit, the tailwheel rod had to be re-bent to fit, the wing-tube holes didn't line up, which meant the wings were skewed, and the left wing aft alignment pin was crooked. All these issues were overcome with a bit of effort, and she proved to be a stable machine once airborne. Not very maneuverable with the throws recommended, but a decent flyer nonetheless. I'm adding a better landing gear, located about 1/2" forward, and with throws maxed should be a fun little bird.
I received this plane yesterday and got it all put together last night... It went together pretty well... Just had to glue some reinforcements.. otherwise all is okay... Hopefully I'll get to the flying Field in the next day or two to give it it's first flight... I'll post another comment after the first flight...
Easy to assemble. flies great . Perfectly balanced out of the box. Great quality
Good looking plane. have not flown the plane yet.
Moving up from foamies I was looking for an inexpensive balsa plane. I found this and it was the right size. A few early reviews were not so nice. However I ordered one and am very impressed. The plane looks very well built. Everything fit great. Nothing off that I could see. The hardware is a bit different, yet functional. The only negative thing is the landing gear. The wire is very thin and it had trouble on grass. I replaced it and now handles grass fine. Plenty of room for receiver and a gyro if you want. Overall I am impressed and would recommend it. Flys great. Of course different than foamies. A bit of a learning curve for me. Glad I got one.
Love the Stick airframe and for the money this is a very good flyer and built pretty solid. Giving 4 stars as some of the factory assembly is a little haphazard on my example, nothing major but still a bit annoying, to crush something just so can get it to fit seems a little counter-intuitive.
