This was or is the motor for the Nimbus 550 machine and since the price was so low I decided to try it out. I just got to solder the ends on it that came with it and try it out. I paid only $68 for it and it also comes with the tron Genesis Heli for free right now. It would also I guess work with the Tron Orion Heli also since they are basically the same except the lower frames and colors and canopy shape from what I read.
Excellent motor for the cost. Nimbus 550 v2 works well.

When I build my Nimbus 550, I used an old motor that was at the minimum kv. When I installed the new motor the head speed was even lower. While at the field someone suggested recalibrating the Hobbywing ESC governor to the new motor. WOW what a difference.
Good motor for the money.
