XLPower Specter Nitro Carbon Tail Control Rod

The carbon rod and design are fine, but months back I called Helidirect about getting a piece of the PTFE theat shrink tubing. I was told I needed to buy the rod to get the tubing. My Specter Nitro kit did not include a piece of PTFE heat shrink tubing, as it was supposed to. Well, the carbon pushrod quickly wears out without it~ around 20 flights if you live in a dusty/sandy environment. So I needed the pushrod but did not get the tubing, AGAIN. I don’t know how many times I’m going to get duped by XLPower before I stop buying their products. I’ve had 5 of their kits and had QC issues with every one of them. Both Helidirect and XLPower failed on this one, that tubing should clearly be included with the rod.
