Compact Size · Big Heli Feel · Performance-Driven Design
Introduce
Meet XLPower’s new 200-class helicopter, engineered to deliver the feel of a larger machine in a compact, ultra-efficient package. Borrowing true 1:1 rotor geometry and control concepts from our 700-class platform, it delivers smooth, linear response with confident control. First in its class, an adjustable battery system unlocks true 4S performance. Factory-calibrated and built with an integrated motor and ESC drivetrain(Hobbywing Platinum V5 ESC), it features a clean, telemetry-ready electronics layout for a streamlined setup. A rapid service tail system ensures that even after a crash, repairs are quick and hassle-free, with no wiring or soldering required. Compact, performance-driven, and easy to maintain, it’s a micro helicopter that flies precise, responsive, and seriously fun.
Using true 1:1 rotor geometry from our 700-class designs, it offers the feel of a big helicopter with smooth, predictable control and serious 3D capability.
Big-heli feel
Linear control
Serious 3D
Dual Damping Options
With dual damping options, pilots can choose a direct, rigid feel or enjoy stable, quiet, and efficient 3D performance even at low head speeds
Option 1 - New Tapered design spindle dampers
Maximum rigidity
More direct control feel
Precise and high head-speed 3D performance
Option 2 - Standard 90-degree O-ring dampers
Excellent low head-speed stability
Stable 3D performance even at low head speeds around 3700 RPM
Quieter operation and higher efficiency
Azure Power - Factory High-Performance Blade Setup
Factory-equipped with Azure Power 195mm main blades and matched tail blades, delivering strong authority, smooth control, and serious 3D capability right out of the box.
Extreme 3D capability
Strong tail authority
Smooth, linear control feel
Sacrificial blade grip arms
Sacrificial blade grip arms help minimize damage and get you back in the air faster and keeping repair costs low.
Designed to break first in a crash
Protects blade grips and swashplate
Reduces repair cost and damage scope
High-Rigidity Rotor Control System
A high-rigidity rotor control system eliminates setup complexity while delivering precise, linear response. Five equal-length control links ensure perfect geometry, while the Stratos 700–inspired reverse-mounted phase arm provides rock-solid rigidity and accurate phasing. Paired with a 120-degree servo layout, it delivers clean, confident control with true big-heli feel.
Integrated control links
Ultra-short reverse-mounted phase arm
120° evenly distributed servo layout
Factory Pre-Calibrated Setup
Servos are factory-centered and the swashplate is perfectly leveled right out of the box. This eliminates complex setup after assembly and reduces build time significantly. The result is a smoother, more approachable experience for pilots of all skill levels.
Integrated Power and Frame Structure
The integrated power and frame structure combines the main shaft block, center frame, and motor mount into one rigid, compact drivetrain. A gearless drive design eliminates gear mesh and concentricity issues, delivering smoother and more efficient power. The quick-change main shaft allows fast maintenance without removing surrounding components, getting you back in the air sooner.

Gearless drive design
Quick-change main shaft design
Integrated Electronics Layout
The integrated electronics layout features a standard Hobbywing V5 ESC with support for major telemetry systems, including Rotorflight, VBar and Futaba. A dedicated gyro mounting position and integrated PCB gyro plate eliminate external power wires, delivering broad gyro compatibility and a clean, organized wiring setup.
A flexible battery system with an adjustable, tray-less compartment simplifies the design while increasing reliability for a cleaner, more dependable setup.
Supports 3S to 4S setups
Maximum battery size: 24mm × 32mm × 70mm
Ultra-Stable Landing Gear
Extra-wide and low landing gear delivers rock-solid stability during takeoff and ground handling. The planted stance prevents forward tipping and gives the helicopter a performance stance and controlled presence on the ground.
Beginner-Friendly Tail Layout
The top-mounted tail motor protects the tail blades from ground strikes, delivering safer, cleaner takeoffs and landings while keeping the tail protected where it matters most.
Safer and more forgiving for beginners
Cleaner, more protected tail assembly
Fast-Service Tail System
The fast-service tail system is engineered for maximum simplicity and speed, featuring a plug-in tail boom with built-in gold connectors for quick removal and installation. An integrated PCB swash guide and servo-style tail ESC eliminate wiring, routing, and soldering, making adjustments fast and frustration-free. The result is a true rapid service design that gets you back in the air in minutes.

Helicopter with pre-installed servos and integrated motor-ESC
I ordered the highly anticipated Stratos during Helidirect’s pre order sale. It came with the carbon blades. Arrived right after XLPower started shipping them. Took no time to setup and it flies great. I fly it pretty much every day. Love it!

Stratos 200
This is my second one. I put an mini ikon 2 on it and contrary to what you will hear. It does work and flys really good. There is a glitch in the computer software to reverse the tail so you either need to use the advanced menu or a phone with the Bluetooth module. I had to turn the P gains for the head down to 10 to get rid of severe elevator wobble. Im still tuning it but I think after it will fly just as good as the one I have a nexus on. Also because of the top servo pins on mini ikon I had to move the servo wires from under the top plate. Which I did on my other one anyway, to make replacement in the future easier. The ESC and other single pin connectors I soldered on a wire extension. Though, in the future if disassembly is required I will solder longer single wires onto the esc to extend them. So if you fly ikon and were holding off because you were told about Dshot and ikon not working, it does work.
