The battery came to me well packaged and in good shape. Had a approximate charge of 60%. Charged right up on my Hobby Grade Charger. The only issue I had is it came to me in darker green color of the F11. I wanted it for the F11S which the helicopter is a lighter grey color. I did not realize the color difference when ordering. Make sure you order the right color for your helicopter.
