Helicopter is well built and goes together well. Love having all the electronics included so as my skills improve I can upgrade the electronics to match my skill. Also always know parts are available for Align kits.

Align TB60 Helicopter Combo (6S)

The suppled HobbyWing Platinum 150 amp V5 ESC is defective. It will not go into throttle calibration mode. It just blinks a red light. The flight controller I'm using is a Spektrum FC6250hx. I have this particular FC installed in two other helicopter. One uses a HW Platinum 60 amp esc and the other uses a Platinum 80 amp esc. I had no problem with either doing the throttle calibration. So my assumption is that the supplied ESC is defective.
Until I get a replacement ESC I'm at a standstill. You may be asking yourself isn't that component under warranty it is and it is not. If you don't have the serial number of the kit the warranty will not be honored. I mention this because I thought a part was missing and contacted HeliDirect. They told me without the serial number of the kit their hands are tied.

I’ve built quite a few kits and this is an amazing and easy build! HeliDirect is a great place to shop on line, and prices and shipping is very reasonable. Would also like to add that Patrick is always a huge help when it comes to support!

I have been flying Align Helicopters for over 25 years now. and when I think they can't improve....Baaaaaaaaam here comes the TB40, TB60, and the TB70. I purchased all three of these recently. No one can out do ALIGN

I currently have my Align T-Rex 550E its over 10 years old and flies like a charm. I decided to purchase the TB60. amazingly quick easier build and this Heli flies smooth like ice cream.
Align has made an already good mouse trap even better! I just purchased two TB40s and one TB70 to add to my collection.

Bought this latest Align in my fleet from HeliDirect. As usual, the folks at HeliDirect are the best of the best to deal with. Got this bad boy in less than a week. Building was a true joy. Top notch quality. Haven't flown it yet, because the MicroBeast Ultra is not the easiest FBL contoller to set up. Also, I want to reinforce the interior of the canopy around the top edges with fiberclass to prevent it from cracking. Can't wait to fly it.

I purchased the Align 6S TB60 super combo at the beginning of September, but I haven't had a chance to start assembling it yet. I looked at the canopy, it's longer and taller than the canopy on my Trex 700 but a bit skinnier probably because the frame is narrower. I had been looking at getting the Trex 550X for a while because I wanted something to bridge the gap between my 700 and 500 Pro with DFC head since the blades on my 500 are only 425mm long. I've been very close to purchasing the 550X several times, but I decided to look at the TB60 before pulling the trigger on the 550X. When I saw that the TB was a newly designed Heli and had a gearbox, servo layout, and frame that looked more like a Goblin than the typical Align layout, I bought it. The thing I'm unhappy with is that I was hoping to get an extra set of blades because the advertisement states on the last line under included accessories, " an extra set of 600 Carbon Fiber Blades (while supplies last)". I didn't get any extra blades with it so I if they don't intend to send an extra set of blades with purchase than they need to revise their statement and shouldn't be advertising for it if they're not going to do it!
I purchase almost all my hobby needs for years at HELIDIRECT, this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with them. If not for falsely advertising the extra set of blades I'd be leaving five stars, as all my previous dealings with them have been positive.
