This Heli is a great go too Heli, i always grab to go to the field. flies great and has a nice presence in the air. HeliDirect is also awesome answering my questions and getting my orders out fast !!
The kit is easy to build with the color instructions. The finished helo is amazing I don’t think I’ll buy any other brand of helos after this one.
This is my second raw 580
I have serval SAB Goblin helicopters, they are all awesome and the 580 is no disappointments.
Packaged nicely with great instructions.
As always SAB makes a very fine model and HeliDirect's service is awesome. Everything was packed well, shipped fast and arrived in perfect order. SAB kits are second to none for build quality. This will be my 3rd SAB Helicopter and will replace my 8yr. old Align 600.
I used to think the San family of heli,s were to expensive but not I regret not purchasing them earlier. This is the fines heli now heli,s I,ve ever opened.
I can only to an assembly review. This is my 3rd kit build and it went flawlessly. The SAB quality is out of this world. Heli direct was very quick fulfilling my order, great job guys.
The weather here has not been conducive for a maiden yet, but I'm looking forward too it.

I think this is my favorite helicopter completely love everything about it
Hi,
I love the machine flies great and really nice treat to throw in a 6s Pack and go fly. Problem is I was running @ around 2400 and smacking it pretty hard I was having issues with ESC wire desoldering twice on me. Setup is HW 120, Scorpion 4025-1100, gens ace 5000 45c, stock 22T. Anyway i just switched to solderless connectors in fear of this happening again and now the ESC went into cutoff mode. I guess it was desoldering first and ESC never got a chance to go into cutoff. I now settled in a nice 2250 RPM and had several flights on a hot summer day and had no issues though all my batteries are still warm and slightly puffed after every flight. If I knew that going 6s would've cost me two crashes, frustration and additional expense I would've taken a step back. Which is my disappointment and why I'm only giving 3 stars. I will most likely go to 12S soon so I can really turn up the wick and hopefully not to worry that I'm overloading the system.
