Refresh and refine, T-REX 500X adapt with brand new FL rotor head system, utilizes an extremely low CG design which reduces resistance during 3D maneuvers while increasing flight responsiveness and precision. A progressive design adds a gloss silver and red anodizing appearance which continue our quality development based on our 700 class helicopter. The T-REX 500X main frame utilizes composite material integration technology on carbon side frame plates, including the addition of battery mounting side rails, and a top motor mount design. Innovative adjustable belt guide pulley, allows a convenient way to adjust the belt tension by releasing or tightening the screw. The screw is used to maintain optimal belt tension over time to keep the best. Also T-REX 500X landing skid is tilted 5 degrees forward to improve crashworthiness.
T-REX 500X utilizes 470mm main blades and 520MX(1600KV/3527) motor with 20% power upgrades than the original 1600KV/3225 motor. The latest new RCE-BL80X Brushless ESC support dual BEC output from 6 ~ 8.4V providing efficient and superior power. The NEW DS530M/DS535M digital servos are with extreme torque and speed response allow to support faster, more precise and accurate flight performance.

Brand new CNC metal reinforcement plate and brace compare with frame mounting bolt effectively increase the torsional stength of main frame, under extreme 3D maneuver, you can strongly feel its solid reinforcement from its structure. In addition, the styling appearance harmony with red anodized and stainless color bring out the high tactile appeal.
Carbon fiber side frame plates are manufactured using a proprietary composite material integration technology which integrates the battery mounting rails into the frame. This unique use of open spaces within the frame creates a rigid frame and is aesthetically pleasing.
An additional 3rd main shaft bearing block increases the strength of the main frame while improving 3D flight.
RCE-BL80X is specially designed for T-REX 500X providing higher currency output and support for high voltage servos with an internal BEC output from 6V to 8.4V which can be set up based on servo specification.
Brand new latching battery tray which utilizes integrated mounting rails inside the frames to simplify insertion / removal of battery while providing protection for the battery.
DS530M HV Cyclic and DS535M HV Rudder servos support up to 8.4V for superior responsiveness, extreme torque, and improved performance.

Excellent product at a great price
I have had many T-Rex helicopters. Saw this bundle over the Christmas break. excellent price and fast shipping. I have not yet started to build but it will be a nice chopper and i love the idea of using the MicroBeast for the first time.
This my first kit helicopter build, the Align assembly instructions are poor. The kit itself, parts are well made and packages are complete.
Evyting about this build and parts is top notch very nice copter couldn’t be happier and Heli direct shipped fast Thanks Heli Direct Taem I’ll be buying again in the future
It’s a great kit. Had every thing I need to get it flying.
I've wanted a Trex 500 heli for years and was finally able to add it my collection, it is my 3rd heli and my 1st flybarless. The setup with the MicoBeast is much easier than with just a tail gyro, since it simplifies aspects that were previously tedious mechanical adjustments. The maiden hover went perfectly with no mishaps. The build was also much easier than my previous heli, since improvements have been made in the design. Was expecting a month to build the heli, took my time and still had it done in 2 weeks.
The only down side was the main blades were out of balance by approx 6.5 grams, it took a lot of tape to bring both blades into balance.
Looking forward to seeing this beauty fly.

Shipping was on point. I couldn't believe a heli this big could fit in such a small box. I just finished the assembly and I am working on setting up the microbeast. Freddycanfly on youtube has and entire video series for the set up and it was a huge help with understanding all the parameters. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!
I am almost done with the assembly and so far so good. I usually don't read manuals but in this case I looked up graphic and went by those pictures. The only problem I had with the ball links for servo horns were hard to see but it could be my aging eyes. Can't wait to fly this heli.
Just finished the build and haven’t flown it yet. This is a great package with great electronics at a very reasonable price. I prefer the belt drive tail but both versions work. With that said, I will add that I am not a big fan of the microbeast flybarless. It works ok but is a little difficult to set up. So I also ordered the iKon 2 Bluetooth for the first time. It has a wizard for setup and a panic recovery mode.
I have a lot of Align T-Rex helis in all sizes and I have never been disappointed.
